Building a new geomagnetic observatory
One of the projects for this season is to build a new geomagnetic observatory for the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium. The team had to build it without using any magnetic materials to make sure there will be no interference with scientific measurements.

The data will be sent to the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium's Geophysical Center in Dourbes, using the station's satellite link.
