Studying Antarctic ice mass balance and solar activity at the Royal Observatory of Belgium
Nicolas Bergeot from the Royal Observatory of Belgium talks about the interesting research on ice mass balance and Earth’s geomagnetic field he and his colleagues are carrying out at the Princess Elisabeth Antarctica research station.
The Royal Observatory of Belgium has been sending researchers to the Princess Elisabeth Antarctica resarch station since 2009. Geophysicist Nicolas Bergeot talks about the research on ice mass balance he and his colleagues at the observatory have been conducting in Antarctica, as well as the observations of solar activity they carry out at the observatory.
